What difference does it make in the grand scheme of things?  It's not like she's actually going to go bog through the flood.  People are going to complain no matter what she wears.   Maybe white sneakers was all she had on AF1 that didn't have spike heels.  :shrug:

I shrunk the photo so the effect wouldn't be quite so retina-scorching for the unsuspecting viewer.
