Beer yoga is the latest (and I use the term loosely) spiritual practice making waves on an international scale. Tried and tested amongst beer yogis in Germany, the method has since found a place for itself here in Canada.

“We take the philosophies of yoga and pair it with the pleasure of beer-drinking to reach your highest level of consciousness,” reads Berlin’s BierYoga (A.K.A BeerYoga) website.
