An American tourist is wandering around Seville. It's late afternoon, hot and he's getting hungry, so he goes into a cafe and orders some paella and a beer.
While he's waiting, the kitchen door opens and three waiters, with great ceremony, carry a tray to a table not far from him. The cover is ceremoniously lifted, showing a heaped plate. The smell is delicious! Six tables away and his mouth is watering. So he calls over his waiter.

"Excuse me, what dish is that?" he asks, pointing.
"Very special dish for the toreador after the bull fight." the waiter replies. "Very restricted."
"Could I order it?" The man almost pleads. The smell is really that good.
"I ask." And the waiter disappears, not to the kitchen, but to the diner enjoying his meal. After a short conversation he returns. "You may have the dish tomorrow! El Magnifico agrees!"

The man is over the moon at this. He can't wait!

The following day he is at the cafe at 2 o'clock. No one else is, it is the middle of siesta, but he sits and waits. In the distance a great shout goes up - "The bullfight," the waiter says to him as he unlocks the door. "Return in an hour and your dish will be ready."

The man wanders off, does some tourist things, and returns, to be escorted to a prime table. He orders a beer and waits. The kitchen door opens and the three waiters appear. He can already smell it! They put down the tray and the head waiter whisks off the cover, revealing ....

a very small portion. It still smells lovely, but it's tiny!

"I don't mean to sound ungrateful," the man says, but the protion yesterday was much much larger."

"Ah, Sir. Sometimes, the bull ... he wins."
