Griswold v. CT on birth control,
Loving v. VA ensuring a spike in interracial couples and mixed-race births) that drove these changes equally, if not more, than the immigration acts.
Consider: Asians, despite all this chatter of being the fastest growing demographic, simply aren't. They're hovering at about 4% of the population, which is modest growth, slower than the black population rate increase. The fastest growing ethnic minority group is persons of two or more races.
Besides, the issue with Hispanic growth has been in large part based on
illegal trespassing.
