Not necessarily. They may want to cover all bases so the lawyers can't pull an improper evidence collection defense. (something wasn't asked correctly, scope of permission was breached, etc). Plus, he may suddenly clam up. (that time no pun intended) One of those things it is much better to go ahead and get that judge signature than worry about the paperwork later.

I heard on CNN or Fox News today that Huma's lawyer said she didn't have email on his computer.  That is interesting since it is his computer device they have.  The number of emails on his computer is now up in the thousands.  Could Carlos Danger have that many emails back and forth to women?  We know he is a sick man regarding a compulsion to write sexy emails.  It is possible he has that many and won't erase them because that is part of his fantasy, to read them over and over.

If it is true Huma didn't send Secretary of State email to his computer, did he get them off her computer into his for some reason?  The truth of this matter has yet to be known.

It will take weeks, at a minimum, to determine whether those messages are work-related from the time Ms. Abedin served with Mrs. Clinton at the State Department; how many are duplicates of emails already reviewed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation; and whether they include either classified information or important new evidence in the Clinton email probe.

The FBI has had to await a court order to begin reviewing the emails, because they were uncovered in an unrelated probe of Mr. Weiner.

Given that truth as well as the truth that Weirner has given the Feebs permission to search his laptop,I'd say she is in a heap of trouble.

Different profiles on the computer, most likely.  And the cache would be from her webmail, like Yahoo/Google mail.

I found it a little hard to swallow too,but then it occured to me that Huma was at the center of the Clinton Universe,so who knows how many of those emails were "cc'd" to her as an effort to suck up to her?  We all know,or at least suspect,what a monster a political campaign and an administration is when it comes to staff levels and everyone involved trying to build their own private empire.

No way in hell she or anyone else read 650k emails,though.

I can believe the 600,000 + number. Huma was at the center of Clinton's operation and would have been getting email from all corners of the organization. Also she stated Hillary didn't receive email so she got Hill's as well as her own. Add to that the amount of reply all responses to something she or others sent and she would have been drowning in email.

I get 200 emails a day.  1200 emails a week (200 for the weekends).  That is a large amount, comparatively.

1200 X 52 weeks = 62,400 emails/year

And that takes me about half the day to wade through.

At the very best, I could see double that number.  But then, Huma couldn't be an aid if she did get that many... as she'd do nothing but stare at a computer screen all day going through emails from morning till evening.

In order for her to function as an aide, she'd have to get less emails just to be able to get away from her desk and actually *DO* something.

OMG! Yes!   I wanted Fred Thompson to win back in 2008.   He was the *ONLY*  candidate who was worth a D@mn.   He just made one fatal (to his campaign) mistake.   He waited too long to start campaigning,  and he didn't demonstrate enough "fire in the belly"  for it.   


He left the impression that he was just going to be the natural choice,  and so he shouldn't have to try very hard. 

He waited too long to began campaigning,  but he would have been an awesome candidate and an awesome President.

One for Weiner is now irrelevant as he is cooperating.

Only one for Huma would allow the FBI to read her emails.

If it is "his" computer and he grants access I really doubt a search warrant would be needed. Now there could be an issue of security clearance level of the FBI agent(s) looking at these Email.
