I wash my dog in the shower. Our shower has one of those detachable nozzles, so it's really easy. I just open the shower door and he walks right in. Put on some doggie shampoo, rinse him off, open the door and he dives headfirst into the towel I laid out for him while I finish my own shower. Hardest part is finishing the drying while he is trying to eat the towel.

No kidding I think our dogs love going out in the rain just for the post walk rub down. My wife puts the towels next to the heater vent when I take them out and buy the time we get back they are nice and warm. The dogs run tot he vent to be first in line for the rub down.
