These calls are a computer algorithm that plays a bunch of pre-recorded audio designed to make telemarketers think they're talking to a real person. You can forward telemarketing calls to him.

My father would have loved this guy. He enjoyed messing with the telemarketers.

My relative claim my Grandpa (WWII vet) would sing the Star Spangled Banner to them. I miss him.
