A judge has ordered the State Department to start the release of the 15,000 new Hillary Clinton emails found by the FBI on Sept. 13.

On Monday, the State Department confirmed the existence of the additional emails from Clinton’s private server when she was secretary of state.

These emails were found by the FBI during the investigation into the use of Clinton’s private email server. Clinton turned over 30,000 emails to the State Department in an attempt to comply with the investigation. Clinton claimed she turned over all of her work related emails and deleted around 30,000 that were categorized as personal. Clinton’s camp made the distinction between work-related and personal.

The Department of Justice declined to charge Clinton for her use of a private email server and potential mishandling of classified material. It has yet to be determined if the new 15,000 emails are personal or work-related.
