Inside the orbit of Europa (Don't ever go there) and up over 44,000 MPH some 385,000 miles to go.
I hear it will have an extremely irregular orbit, on purpose.
Yeah. Its going to be making some very close passes around the planet so its going to be hauling ass at closest approaches than heading out for the next pass.During its closest pass tonight it will be moving at over 100,000 miles per hour.
It will be a few days before there are any pics. Apparently they can't send them while the craft is in the dense radiation field around the planet.Craft is currently 136,000 miles from the planet traveling 67,000 mph
84,000 miles from Jupiter traveling 80,000 mph.
