The findings offer new details, but are unlikely to change the political dynamic around the attacks.

In their long-awaited final report, Republicans on the House Benghazi Committee have concluded that the Obama administration — including then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton — failed across multiple agencies and levels to protect American diplomats in the 2012 Benghazi terrorist attack.

The 800-page report, to be released Tuesday, is the culmination of a two-year investigation that has haunted the 2016 Democratic front-runner on the campaign trail, even as Clinton’s campaign has consistently slammed the probe as a political vendetta.

The article is written very oddly.

1. It notes that the 800 page report was released today. Yet the article boldly concludes: "Still, the report's findings are unlikely to change the political narratives surrounding the attack."

2. The beginning of the article is written as if the report has been read: "The report includes new details ..."
    The middle to end of the article is written as if it hasn't been read yet: "The report will also discuss..."

Unfortunately, Benghazi has already been factored into the election.   This report will be just discounted as further noise.

Of all the fail around Mitt Romney, thee absolute worst was his failure to make Benghazi THE issue in the 2012 campaign.

It absolutely reeked from the get go. People should be in jail.
