By Sonia Ramirez-Muñoz | May. 25, 2016 4:13 pm Earlier today, a San Angelo man, Gilbert Manriquez, 36, was arrested in Kerr County for the murder of a 52-year-old woman in Kerrville. The murder is being termed "a random act of violence." At 5:47 a.m., the woman, identified as Sherry Ruth Francis, was found murdered in the The Ranch Radio Group parking lot. Francis was attacked as she entered the building in the early hours of the morning, according to a local news source in the area.
