Cheap Land in North Texas region

In the desert of Loving County you can find land as cheap as 5 acres for $2,000, of course there is no water and the only view is oil wells.

I'm not looking to go that far out.

Anywhere in north Texas would be fine. Cheap land. Fixer-Upper homes... pretty much anything CHEAP... if you know of something, post it.

How much do you have to spend? What is your total budget with house?

It's not for me, it's a relative of an in-law. The answer is NOT MUCH. He's on a fixed income. I don't know why he thinks he can build a house or what-not. (I think he's a bit weird about it).

There are houses cheaper than some lots I have seen, lol
