Seems VERY unlikely to me. My home base in the army was in NC at Ft.Bragg,and when you get out into the country and those old country towns,many of them are populated almost entirely by black citizens,thus the public offices such as the police dept are composed entirely by black cops.

Same thing with the small towns populated almost entirely by white citizens. The cops are almost always white.

If this puzzles you,you have no business pondering anything more complex that "Is it raining?"

Was hired by a multibillion dollar tech company with hundreds of thousands of employees years ago.
Had no assigned supervisor, no office, no phone, no email, I fell through the crack somewhere.
So, for three months I just didn't go to work, still getting paid.
Once in a while I would go in and walk around for an hour or so to make sure my badge still works.
Only when *I* made a fuss about no desk, no email, no phone, etc. did they fix it.
The only reason I pushed the issue is because I was bored staying at home all day.
To this day I still wonder how long I could have surfed that wave.

In the filthy, crime infested, dystopian hellscape that that is current day California, green people are suggesting that people use bicycles to get around. First, if you can avoid all the feces everywhere, you would likely be mugged before getting where you are going. Ever notice how so many homeless have bikes? There is a reason for that.

In a normal functioning society, cycling around the city would be fine. In the Thunderdome the Democrats have built out of what used to be California, trying to ride a bike to work would likely get you raped, robbed, and killed.

If you cannot safely drive a car without being mugged and carjacked, how the hell do Liberals think riding a bike would be in anyway safe? It is no wonder everyone in California wants to work from home. 'Going to work' has become a life threatening venture.

What a load of excrement. Really, all of California? I'll give you SanFranshitco and parts of L.A. and other cities but I would still rather live here(very little crime, especially violent where I live) than Oregon, Washington (and even there it is only a small part of the states) or Michigan, Illinois, hell pick almost any state and you can find a shit show in it. This illness that so many have blaming and condemning the entire for the actions of some is, well, Bidenesque.
