No government in the 12,000 years of modern mankind history has led its people into anything but the history books with a simple lesson, don't let this happen to you.

Damn. Now I can't see it either.

Try finding the image elsewhere, using TinEye.

1.  Right click the image on MeWe and select "Copy Image Location."
2.  Open a tab at "tineye.com."
3.  Click in the input box and do a Cntl V.
4.  See if the image has hits, and if so, pick one of the other URLs.

I know I have told this story from my mother before but it goes to point. After the Russians had subjugated the Hungarians they told them there would be a vote where the Hungarian people could choose to live under communism or English? style socialism. The results of the vote was overwhelmingly for socialism, the Russians told the people that what they would get was communism because it was the same thing.

That's right... But still... Of all our siblings I get along best with Canucks of course - Them being just a little past spitting distance from right here... Then very likely, the Ozzies would be next. Cmon. They love beer, they love tailgates, they love wide open spaces, they make dumb but comfortable nicknames for everything... And they make hella cowboys down that way. That's just redneck with a different sort of drawl...

After that, if you're interested, would likely be the Irish... whiskey and brawling, old beer drinking songs they all seem to know... Fiddles and  line dancing... They fit right in around here.

Were they "shootin' at some food"?

To a fair degree, the people the Brits drove to the colonies were the people and parents of the people who out-fought and out-lasted the British army.
