Sorry, Rubio.

You had a job to do. You bailed. I'd have accepted a vote either way, but not to vote? Hell, seems you didn't even pull an Obama and vote Present.

Bye.

As a Rubio supporter, this is going to hurt him for those who think being present for a meaningless vote matters.

However,

I've got the Trumpster-Diver disease.  Nothing Rubio says or does will affect my vote for him.

So in other words all your railing about "Trumpster-Divers" is just rank hypocrisy.

I've decided to get with the program, Johnnie.

Trumpster-Divers ignore things about Trump, I ignore things about Rubio.

A whole new paradigm.

So every juvenile insult you've thrown at Trump supporters applies to you as well.

Got it.  Thanks for clearing that up for me.

Except Rubio doesn't claim to have seen "thousands and thousands of Muslims cheering in NJ after 9/11"

And other crazy crap Trump has said.

No, Rubio only lied to his voters when he ran as an illegal immigration opponent and then stabbed his voters in the back with his Gang of Eight foolery.    You keep ranting about Trump exaggerating the number of Muslims who were celebrating in NJ, because there were plenty celebrating.  I'll stick to things that matter like Rubio's lie about immigration.

I have no problem with the Rubio no-vote and his explanation of it being a meaningless vote. I am hopeful that he will come out on top at the end of the primary season
and take on Hillary in the general election bringing into the Conservative camp millions of conservative Hispanics as he soundly defeats her. :patriot:

Pretty much.  Yeah.  I agree.

A meaningless vote?  That is his job.  He has already stated that he doesn't like his job.  What would he do if by the slim chance he makes it to the presidency and decides he doesn't like it?  Will he quit, or just stop doing his job?  Conservative Hispanics will not vote for him; he is pro amnesty.

Rubio is going to have a hard time taking his home state; lots of us here in Florida have had to live with the negative impact of his pro-illegal stance and his recent comments about not liking his job and his absenteeism doesn't sit well.

As for beating Hillary; I highly doubt it; she is much better at lying and deceiving than he is.

Why would conservative Hispanics vote for him?  He's clearly not conservative on the single biggest issue of this race, immigration, and arguably only strategically conservative on all others.

In the latest FOX poll, Immigration is the number one issue of six percent of the population, Republicans and Democrats.

In other words, it's not a big deal.

What does that have to do with conservative Hispanics?  How important is immigration to them?

Well this is interesting. Apparently it does matter to Hispanics, which was obvious to anyone interested in thetruth.

Quote
PRINCETON, N.J. -- Twenty percent of U.S. registered voters say they will only vote for a candidate who shares their views on immigration, with another 60% saying it will be one of many important considerations they take into account. Registered voters who are Republican, first- or second-generation immigrants or Hispanics are more likely than others to say sharing a candidate's position on immigration is a must in order to win their vote.

Probably not much. I'd wager it matters less to them than to white Republicans.

How many of those voters favor legalization and even citizenship?  The poll doesn't say.

Don't assume that all those Hispanics oppose legalization and citizenship.  I'd best most don't.

You didn't read past the first sentence.  You were caught making things up. Own it.  You said Hispancs are less likely to care about immigration than whites.

I don't know what they favor.

And I have not seen "conservative Hispanics" polled recently.

"......lots of us here in Florida have had to live with the negative impact of his pro-illegal stance ...."

How exactly does a US Senator's stance on a national issue, impact the day-to-day governance of his home state?

"God must love the common man, he made so many of them.  Abe Lincoln
