Rubio is definitely part of the establishment. He has mismanaged his finances is why he isn't exactly rich and depending on which research data you look at and for what purpose, Hispanics are many times now considered white....just saying. I would still vote for him over Hillary.
Maybe Cubans are considered "white" in Florida, but in California, where most "Hispanics" are of Mexican ancestry, they self-identify in a category that is NOT "white." Probably Latino would be the most common, but by no means universal.
I do know that "Hispanic" is not a race. But it is an identification, none the less because it means something to the person. In my own mind I consider them to be generally a mixture of European (mainly but not exclusively Spanish) and native north American Indians.
