No...Sheriff Stines found his 16 year old daughters phone number in the judges contacts on his cell phone.


I've been covering this from Louisville since it happened.  It's a twisted little tale to say the least.  Judge Mullins had been running a little sexual favors for lesser punishment ring since he was an assistant commonwealth's attorney...and he continued it after he was appointed to the bench by our current Democrat governnor.

The Letcher County Jail was basically being run as a brothel as well.
