During a Retirement Ceremony earlier today for the Directer of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), Steve Dettelbach, he was presented with the 80% Lower Receiver of an AR-15 as a Gift, laughing as he accepted it from an Agent who joked that the Lower was Untraced and Unregistered. During his service as Director, Dettelbach worked towards making just the possession of these 80% Lowers a Federal Crime, while attempting to shutdown the Businesses which produced them for Average Americans.
