Yes, that was done effectively in 2014 and 2015/16 by the GOP Majority in both Houses to Obama and the Executive.

They surrendered their Constitutional duty to Obama.  The Iranian deal being the most egregious example of their surrender of separation of powers.

Thanks for reminding us of that!  The Corker Amendment,
that allowed the Iran deal to be "deemed to be passed" in advance,
unless the Senate rejected it,
instead of the CONSTITUTIONAL requirement that such a deal
is null and void, without 2/3 of the Senate acting to approve it!

May the memory of Bob Corker, RINO-TN, live in infamy!
