This is just one feeder stream into the Minnesota Democrat fraud funding...that I'd wager goes all the way to the top of Minnesota Government, and which likely has similar mechanisms in any Democrat dominated State (and some 'red' states, too).

I think I read that one left Minneapolis recently who was caught stealing $4 million.
