Yes...the reason I posted this is that I have read that Pence was a leaker to the Press re Trump...

If this claim is correct, I don't see how Sedition charges aren't brought up.  What luck, seems Pence may have been more like Brutus, in the backstabbing arena.

And if true, I don't see any problem seeing him rot in Leavenworth for the duration,.

It's why the RNC gave the VP nod to Pence .... he could be counted on to help control, or destroy, Trump.   And Pence never disappointed them.
