If every Federal Judge has the power to make national dictates, that's bedlum, not Constitutional Republicanism.
Judges apply written law to the case before them. Their rulings, should their court have standing and jurisdiction, are applicable only to the case before them in their court for their jurisdiction.
Judicial precedent is not law. Precedent is lawyers grasping at straws when the law is not in their favor.
For every Federal ruling, Judges should be able to cite the exact portion of the US Code that is applicable to that case.
None of this Scottish Common Law crap. If its not written, not passed by Congress, not Signed by the President, it ain't a law. It's just some crap a legal talking guy is pulling out his @$$.
God wrote down his Law. The US Government needs to do the same.
