Unless you want to be like Russia, regardless of your registration, you need to vote. The Democommies will create re-education camps soon enough, or just turn the country over to the 1-2 million Chinese nationals here already, with 10,000 +/- military age men pouring over our border every month, and disappearing into the country, WHO KNOWS WHERE.
