By Victor Morton - The Washington Times - Tuesday, November 14, 2017

Fox News host Sean Hannity fired a shot across the bow Tuesday evening at Roy Moore, giving the Republican U.S. Senate candidate one day to clean up charges of sexual misconduct — or else.

In the closing segment of Tuesday evening’s “Hannity” show, the host played clips from his afternoon radio show in which he asked the Alabama Republican numerous times whether he had, as a man in his 30s, engaged in sexual misconduct against teenagers.

Mr. Moore gave several non-definitive denials, including that he dated no girl without her mother’s permission and that dating teens wasn’t his usual practice. Those vaguenesses caused Mr. Hannity to lower the boom Tuesday evening.

Not going to get into Moore one way or the other, but who died and made Hannity God and when did Hannity clear up his own accusations?

And, why shouldn't he ask that?  Huh?

Nothing more pathetic than him trying to convince the Country Music Crowd that he's 'One of Them' by giving Charlie Daniels head on the air.

Maybe Hannity should lay down some pruff?

Methinks, then he can ask that question/demand.

Well, it's been more than 24 hours by now.

Mr. Moore is still here.

Having said that, there's definitely a REASON why Judge Moore is still here.

It's because.... HE FOUGHT BACK.

... instead of cowering like most Republicans will do in the face of shaky accusations.

Kinda the same reason that Mr. Trump is where he is today, as well.

Aside to Mr. Hannity:
You lose.

Looks like Hannity isn't the GOP's chief rah-rah cheerleader anymore.   :cheerlead: :dancer: :cheerlead:  Could it be he thinks moral decency is a political consideration?  Trumbart is not going to like that.

I wonder if the boycott is getting to him?  Or perhaps he is looking at his own 15 year old daughter and wondering how fast he would punch out a 32 year old suitor?

If it weren't for Sean, there are things we would not know about this whole case. Surely, one wouldn't want to deny Judge Moore his voice to defend himself?

As for boycott? To heck with that, from the Fascist left media matters.

I think Sean played it straight and honest, "remember Duke Lacrosse case", what's the matter with that? Let's not be melodramatic.

Even-Steven.

Sean gave us a full view, now, everyone has stated their decisions and people's positions have likely not been changed at least for about a week.

I think there's too much smoke per Judge Moore.

I've read not every article but a lot on this. I've definitely have my opinions on this.  I furthermore acknowledge I could be wrong. Good if someone thinks they know for sure. I sure do not.

And what gives him the right to make that ultimatum? Is he a resident of Alabama voting in the election? Let the people of Alabama decide.

@TomSea
Everyone has opinions and the right to have them, there is so much smoke being blown up everybody's rear ends right now with all these allegations of sexual misconduct and harassment against both liberal and Conservatives that it's really difficult to figure out what's true and what's just plain bull pucky.

I have a question though, do you not find it interesting that in all these accusations, not a one has been made against a female in a position of authority or power of sexual harassment or misconduct? I just have a little trouble believing it. I believe there will be more cases of abuse by men simply because there are more men in positions of power, but my faith in the purity, altruism and goodness in the female of the species is not so secure as to deny human nature. Sorry Ladies!

And, he's a "journalist".  That should be his job, finding and reporting on things.  But, I agree, the ultimatum part is a bit much.

@Sanguine
That was my main issue with it, the ultimatum. I know it's all part of Hannity's schtick, but it's also what turned me off to him.

Funny how we can all get upset/outraged by the blatant partisan distortions from the NYT and others masking as news, and a certain amount of Opinion Engineering is expected from Talk Jocks, but Hannity expects a free pass on this?

Find a Parade and jump in front of it telling everyone to "Follow Me, I Know The Way!"

I'm not sure what you mean.  From what I understand, Hannity gave "Roy Moore 24-hour ultimatum to clear up explanation or leave race" after Moore was showcased on Hannity's show.  Are you saying that it's partisan of Hannity to now demand an explanation?  ???

Hannity can ASK for an explanation, but Demanding Moore Quit the Race if he doesn't pass Hannity's Gotcha style of ambush 'journalism' is my beef.

Who is Hannity to demand Moore or anyone else drop out of a race for political office if they don't kow-tow to Him?

Before I quit listening to Hannity, years ago, I found him to be the antithesis of free and open discussion of anything but his own omniscience as a political idiot savant.

I can't imagine why anyone would call in to his show.

He'd routinely take up 10 minutes or more of every hour telling listeners how they had to stay tuned because he had a terrific show for them today, and then every caller got 3 or 4 sentences in, in perfect agreement with him, before he'd tell them, "I'm up against the clock, Gotta Run," and hang up on them.

I gotta wonder if they're even real callers or Paid Voice Over actors.
