NOW THIS: Mitch McConnell Says He Will Throw His Support Behind Trump-Hating RINO Lisa Murkowski in her Reelection Bid! — He REALLY Hates His Voters (https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2021/03/now-mitch-mcconnell-says-will-throw-support-behind-trump-hating-rino-lisa-murkowski-reelection-bid-really-hates-voters/?utm_source=Parler&utm_campaign=websitesharingbuttons)
Since his antics in January McConnell has been censored by numerous Republican groups in his homestate of Kentucky.
Mitch is out of touch with Republican voters but doesn’t really care.
On Monday McConnell said he will endorse Anti-Trump RINO Lisa Murkowski in Alaska in her 2022 reelection.
Murkowski is the worst Republican in the US Senate.

Mitch is as senile as Joe Biden.
-
Of course RINO McConnell 8s going to support R8NO Murkowski. The bigger question is will the people support the RINOs?

Naw,I think he knows his time is up,and he is building up his retirement fund.

Murkowski is a big, big name up in AK. Turtle ain't risking much. Prying any Murkowski out of politics is going to be a tough row to hoe.
And no... Not Palin.

I don't much like Palin these days, but I fail to see how she would be worse that Murky.
As for McConnell, didn't he orchestrate the write-in candidacy for her when she lost the Primary to a TEA Partier? This news above should not be a surprise to anybody.
-

I never did like her much... Wild-eyed, strong willed mountain gals are a dime a dozen here... You can't hardly swing a dead cat without hitting one here... so I was pretty immune to what it was that drew everyone else... And oddly, I don't mind the bar fights and such that most folks find so awkward. A natural extension for me. That she would go all hell on wheels defending her own is pretty much expected.
No, it is that no matter where she went, somebody was paying more when she left. Add that to taxing profit and making taxes retroactive - Both HUGE no-nos in fiscal conservatism... Yeah... none for me thx.

Yeah... But more to the point, her old man makes her near a shoo-in. And probably always will. Just the name recognition is tough to beat. OTOH, she DID get beat during the TEA uprising. SO it could happen again.

Palin? My biggest problem with her she never knows how a sentence will end once one is started. She holds no appeal.
-
Murkowski is a big, big name up in AK. Turtle ain't risking much.
Maybe not in Alaska, but McConnell (and his brand of GOP) will have a tough time getting the stench of this endorsement off in the lower 48. This just further cements in people's minds that McConnell is for anyone except his voting base.
-

I think in the end she was picked intentionally to lose the election, because there was a very good chance McCain would have gotten Hillary voters to vote for him, after how they feel Obama and his team sabotaged her. Palin took care of that.

Surprisingly, an unabashed redneck gal caught a whole lot of traction. But yeah... That's another whole thing... Her lips clamped so tightly to McCain'ts ass held no appeal for me neither.
And I don't care if Jesus was the VP... There was no way in hell I was voting for McCain't. EVER.

Is there an echo in here?
I said it a long time ago. Nothing will change until you get leadership away from the Republican Moderate wing. Stop worrying over Democrats, stop voting in fear, and get them sonsabiches out of there. Every_single_one. Never ever again. Stay outta da Booshes.
That's your real enemy.

@Sled Dog
Not true. He LOVES Benjamin's,and if it weren't for America, and his Chinese wife/handler/boss,he wouldn't be able to collect so many of them.
-
Well the turtle has outed two Rinos.
Murkowski and himself.
-
It would be heartening to see Alaskans dump Murkowski.
But let's face it -- she did something remarkable in the annals of modern American politics:
That is to say, after losing her slot in the Republican primary up there, she went on to win by a WRITE-IN vote, defeating both the democrat/communist and Republican candidates.
How many other Senators have won that way?
She's gonna be hard to get rid of...

She won that way because Mitch McConnell refused to support the GOP voter's choice Joe Miller and instead threw his RINO support to her. She needs to go as does the MurderTurtle.

Trump should fully support an opponent in the primary. Murkowski is horrible. Time to pick these RINOs off one at a time. Maybe after enough get beat in the primaries, some will decide not to run again.

You're right! Trump needs to support a candidate in the primary and if that candidate doesn't win the primary America First voters need to sit out the general election.
We can no longer go ahead and vote for the Rino over the Rat in a general election. The Rino's are worse than the Rats. We know the Rats will not support America First. The Rino's claim to support America First and then once in office never follow through and often undercut America First.

Unless Alaska changed their election laws, if Murky loses the Primary she'll run as a write in, and Turtle will steer millions of dollars to her campaign. We have history to guide us.

And no... Not Palin.
Spot on with that. I liked Palin when she was Governor of Alaska, and in the early part of her VP run. Then she decided that being a reality TV star was a good thing in politics and made herself over as one, with a schtick instead of policy positions and I lost all respect. It's a shame she didn't serve out her term as Governor, never entering the national spotlight. She might have grown into a good conservative/populist politician we'd be happy to replace Murkowski with. As it is, McConnell is right: we're better off with Murkowski than risking losing the seat to a 'Rat should they have the sense of nominating a center-left candidate, rather than going hard left.

She could not serve out her term because the Rats were using a quirk in Alaska law that allowed them to file vexatious suit after vexatious ethics suit, and she was out of her personal funds so she could no longer defend herself.
Do you blame her for that?
-
The democrats sent an army of lawyers to go to Alaska and dig up dirt anyway they could to get Palin. As Palin represented Alaska well, turning their backs on Palin, what they then got was Murkowski, which they then deserved. Same with Trump who was restoring the nation, turning your back on him, you got what you deserved, Biden.
Remember liars think they can get out of anything by lying or throwing a fit, do your best to ignore them.

Her mayor-ship an governorship were my problem with her. Her actual function is all that matters to me. Personality is fine and all, but I judge on the record. What she actually DID... Which was damn poor from a Conservative pov.

As no Republican will ever pass the purity test, only democrats can rule, because their rule doesn't matter at all, right? Amazing people can so easily be made fools of. As you see, when democrats bring America to destruction, it'll still be Republicans fault for not being pure enough, you can't blame democrats or their wolves in sheep's clothing. What a used car salesmen schtick/con. Save the good ship America, let the democrats run her aground, flank speed, on the reef.
8888crybaby That's how infiltrating socialists destroy nations from within, manipulating gullible fools.

I am not the one being fooled. You are. Again with a Republican moderate trope - all this purity just naturally has to stop. HAHAHAHAHA!
Riiiiight. TO hell with what you are fighting for ! Just any old bone the pubbies throw you will have to be enough.
Another mere republican heard from.

Not a fan of McTurtle, but isn't it customary for the majority/minority leader to support incumbents?

Turtle supported an incumbent after she lost the Republican Primary, so when he supported her write-in candidacy, he supported a non-GOP. It's a lot like supporting a Rat. "Customary" left the station years ago.

Oh, I totally forgot about that. Good point. Well, in any event, sounds like McTurtle is retiring.

I don't believe that just yet. He has more millions to rake in from the Chinese, and with his pal Biteme in office that flow is just going to increase.

@BassWrangler
That is my suspicion, also. He's grabbing for the gold while the grabbing is good.

People have just seen how Never Trump worked in this last election. Massive buyers remorse that seems to never end. Want more of the same, follow that same Pied Piper, you will get the same results. For the clueless, it ended in democrats having a near one party rule. Forget the excuses and purity B.S., you are seeing how it will end, even the next time.
-

I know it's a tough fight, but it's a hill worth dying on!
If the Rino's can't be purged there's no chance for an opposition party.

The election was stolen.
The need to purge the NT's is to create a unified party that can actually do what's needed.

Meanwhile, Ryan is headed to Wyoming to campaign for her! Her numbers are in the toilet! People there are furious. Their newspapers will be a good read.

Would be a very satisfying victory to see her get primaried out of there. Would send a very clear message. In fact, even if she's struggles to get re-elected, it will send a message.
-
Ryan does damage control....for democrats. Certainly not the first time Ryan jumped the fence to aid and abet democrats.
