There really does seem to be a breed of hairless cats,although I will never understand how they survive with no skin protection and no real way to keep warm.

 I managed to trap 9 feral cats and took them to the local animal shelter this week. After they pass the health checks for Feline Leukemia,they will be given their shots,spayed,and  put up for adoption.

Do you know if they get checked for Lyme's disease? Two of our dogs came down with it in the past 2 years.
We give them flea and tick meds and had Raimo wearing the collar, but he managed to get it any way. Messed him up for about 6 weeks.

From what I know, it’s really rare in cats. Feline leukemia is far more prevalent.
We had a house cat who tested positive as a kitten. He lived a good long life being a spoiled baby.
