I disagree with Coulter.  Free speech is one thing, but when demonstrations become violent, when it entails ILLEGALLY occupying space, and when it entails threatening a particular group of students, Jewish students, then his speech become assault, a crime.

Since he led the assault upon Jewish students, he has in my mind committed a crime that should instigate his being removed and deported.

And it is time to curtail the power of the judiciary.  They think they have the power to stop the executive branch on everything it does.  They don't, and if that is not clear, it is time to pass legislation that restricts the sphere that courts can flex their power, which should be kept at a minimum.

And I say the time has come to restrict entry into this country by folks that are islamic, otherwise we end up like Great Britain.

In regard to the Diversified Visa Program(Greencard Program), most Caucasian countries in Europe are restricted from participating in the program because it is believed we have plenty of folks from those nations.  Well, I say we have plenty of mussies in this nation, and enough is enough.

"Free speech" isn't unlimited.

You can't libel someone, you can't provoke a riot, etc.

AND, you can't support terrorist organizations, even with words. Simple.

Besides, people that support terrorist organizations do not make law-abiding, productive citizens ... just sayin'

FreeRussia is controlled by a small group of anti-free-speech Nazis - no wonder its donations are down!!

This "Islamic activist" proves again, the worst punishment a protester can receive, is to be sent to the place they claim to be protesting for.

Palestine LOVES GAYS AND TRANS PEOPLE! - OK, we will send you there.

Mexico is the GREATEST and SAFEST COUNTRY ON EARTH! - OK, we will send you there.

I PLEDGE MY ALLIGENCE TO SOMALIA, THE GREATEST NATION ON EARTH! - Ok, we will send you there.

What is the problem? It is the greatest place on Earth.
"NO! NO! You can't send me there! My life will be over! I will be killed ..."
You cannot "COEXIST" with people who want to kill you.
If they kill their own with no conscience, there is nothing to stop them from killing you.
Rational fear and anger at vicious murderous Islamic terrorists is the same as irrational antisemitism, according to the Leftists.

ICE arrests Palestinian activist who helped lead Columbia University protests
March 10, 20252:03 AM ET
By The Associated Press

NEW YORK — Federal immigration authorities arrested a Palestinian activist Saturday who played a prominent role in Columbia University's protests against Israel, a significant escalation in the Trump administration's pledge to detain and deport student activists.

Mahmoud Khalil, a graduate student at Columbia until this past December, was inside his university-owned apartment Saturday night when several Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents entered and took him into custody, his attorney, Amy Greer, told The Associated Press.

Here’s why Mahmoud Khalil will be deported, without a doubt. Bookmark and share this.

1. Legal permanent residents are still aliens subject to 8 USC 1182 and 8 USC 1227, and thus explicitly deportable for any speech expressing support for designated terrorist organizations or statutorily defined “terrorist activities,” as well as deportable for foreign policy grounds at the sole determination of the Secretary of State and/or AG.
These are not crimes, but they don’t have to be. They are removal grounds under 8 USC 1182 and 8 USC 1227. No criminal conviction is required to remove aliens. IF a crime is committed, it can serve as grounds for removal, but no allegation of criminal misconduct is necessary.

2. No due process has been denied. He is entitled to a basic statement that he is being detained and subject to removal proceedings, and he got one, and he’s entitled to a removal hearing before being deported, and he’ll get one.

3. He is not missing. The ICE detention database, available to the public, clearly lists that he is in a detention facility in Louisiana.

4. These actions are not being done in the name of “Jewish safety.” They are being done on the basis of expressing support for terrorism organizations or activities and on foreign policy grounds which is the prerogative of the Secretary of State and/or AG.

5. Separately, though no crime of “material” support of terrorism (or any other crime) is legally necessary to deport an alien, his distribution of pamphlets with Hamas iconography and language is “material” support (yes, producing and distributing documents is considered material support — look it up — just like other forms of “material” support like direct financial assistance).

6. This is an open-and-shut case. At the removal hearing, the government will recite the above, and the judge will affirm that these recitations have been made. On the “foreign policy” grounds of 8 USC 1227 alone, Mahmoud Kahlil is deportable and the government’s declaration that his presence is contrary to foreign policy is non-reviewable. The judge is not entitled to second-guess this; the judge can only require that this invocation be made by the government, and indeed, this invocation will be made.

No Muslim or Arab country wants Mahmoud Khalil, an antisemitic, racist, Hamas sympathizer. He roamed Hezbollah's terror hubs in Beirut before infiltrating Columbia University, not to learn but to radicalize. His mission is to hijack students' minds, turning them from seekers of knowledge into Hamas propaganda pawns, useful idiots destined to become either human shields or mouthpieces for Islamist extremism.

Democrats demand his release, not out of principle but out of political desperation. With nothing else to sell, they latch onto this trend, pretending to champion youth empowerment. Hundreds of these so-called activists are academic failures, culture-hating misfits, and naive fools with no grasp of the ideology they endorse.

Allowing Mahmoud Khalil back into universities is no different from welcoming ISIS and Al-Qaeda. The only difference is he knows the PR playbook: shave the beard, play the victim when caught, and let the useful idiots do the rest.

A question for these activists: why has not a single one called for the release of Edan Alexander, the New Jersey native held hostage by Hamas for 533 days? Because he is Jewish, and their so-called human rights concerns are nothing more than a selective farce.

Deport this Syrian-born Palestinian radical Islamist. Hamas does not want him back. Syria has enough global jihadists. The West Bank fears he will stir up more chaos in Jenin. Even in New York, those demanding his freedom would never share a home with him.

A Columbia student? So what? Bashar al-Assad studied in London before slaughtering his own people. Omar al-Bashir trained at a U.S. military college before committing genocide in Sudan. Anwar al-Awlaki earned a civil engineering degree in Colorado before becoming Al-Qaeda’s top recruiter. Sayyid Qutb, the godfather of modern jihadism, studied in the U.S. before calling for the extermination of Christians and Jews. Education does not make someone civilized, it only makes them more dangerous when paired with extremist ideology.

Let’s pray for the swift and successful deportation of this criminal. Let it be a lesson. A bold one. Western civilization must not bow to backwardness.

I say no hearing with an idiot judge, put them on a jet for a designated destination of their country, or Guantanimo.  At Guantanimo, they will be detained for an undetermined period of time.
