Before the start of the Manhattan prosecution of former president Donald Trump, I characterized the case of District Attorney Alvin Bragg as based on a type of obscenity standard.

In a 1984 pornography case, Supreme Court Justice Potter Stewart wrote “I shall not today attempt further to define [obscenity]. . . . But I know it when I see it.”

Bragg has refused to clearly define the crime that Trump was seeking to conceal when payments for a non-disclosure agreement was listed as a legal expense.

We would just know it when we saw it at trial.

We are still waiting, but this week, Bragg seems to be prosecuting an actual obscenity case.

The prosecution fought with Trump’s defense counsel to not only call porn star Stormy Daniels to the stand, but to ask her for lurid details on her alleged tryst with Trump.

No criminal charges, porn star testimony, ridiculous gag orders, a Judge and daughter are both employees/slaves of the Democrats, the Judge cannot wait to put Trump in Jail for everything/anything. The 'trial' is frustrating the Judge. He doesn't want any stupid 'law' or a 'trial'. The Judge wants to put Trump in jail now, today. The charade 'trial' is just pissing him off. He wants to jail Trump now with no trial at all. He would be a very good Judge in Soviet Russia.

I think this is the biggest rigged trial ever in the history of America.

I think Merchan knows, despite being all but blinded by Trump-Hate, that putting Trump in jail or under house arrest would benefit Trump in November. And Trump has been trolling Merchan on that.

Merchan very likely suspects that an appellate court will overturn any conviction, but knows that it wouldn't be reversed until after the election.  And since this is about politics not justice, that's good enough for him.

I guess everyone is set here on giving Trump a pass on being the "whoremaster".... every single bit of this was preventable... 100% Character Matters...

And folks mocked Pence for saying he didn't take meeting with other women in private for appearances sake.

America voted for someone that chose to appear on the cover of Playboy and proudly displayed it in photos with church leaders and Kids.

More importantly, we lost what moral high ground conservatives used to be able to claim.... gone and probable never to return.

I don't think Trump is capable of being humiliated.  What this is doing is showing just how horrid the Democommies are.  Presently led by a pedophile, what can you expect?  And the vast majority of Dems have wrapped their arms around degenerate behavior and mindsets.

Our sovereignty is being destroyed every day by folks on both sides of the aisle.  Something has to change, and soon before everything goes completely to sh*t!!!  Four more years of Biden I believe will destroy this nation with no coming back.
