📍Nogales, AZ - Santa Cruz County Superior Court

The murder trial for Arizona rancher George Alan Kelly continued as prosecutors called several law enforcement witnesses to the stand. The state tried to demonstrate that law enforcement responded to the call correctly while the defense attempted to show that the search that was conducted was inadequate resulting in the body of Gabriel Cuen-Buitimea not being found until later

Throughout the trial, members of the Mexican consulate have been present wearing ribbons in support of Mr Cuen-Buitimea

The legitimate powers of government extend to such acts only as are injurious to others. But it does me no injury for my neighbor to say there are twenty gods, or no god. It neither picks my pocket nor breaks my leg.
