Biden Boasts Supreme Court ‘Didn’t Stop Me’ Wiping Student Debts
Frank BergmanFebruary 23, 2024 - 11:28 am8 Comments

Democrat President Joe Biden is gloating that the United States Supreme Court has failed to “stop” him from using taxpayer money to wipe the student debts of college-educated voters ahead of the 2024 election.

The boasting has provoked a backlash on social media as many accuse Biden of launching an “assault on democracy.”

On Wednesday, Biden spoke at the Julian Dixon Library in Culver City, California.

During his address, he referenced his efforts to cancel more student loan debt.

The legitimate powers of government extend to such acts only as are injurious to others. But it does me no injury for my neighbor to say there are twenty gods, or no god. It neither picks my pocket nor breaks my leg.

He has gone rogue.

He is neither upholding existing law (the border), nor acknowledging the Separation of Powers by defying SCOTUS. He is a walking Constitutional violation.

The pResident thinks he is a dictator and is acting like one. He uses the DOJ and other alphabet investigatory agencies like his secret police, targeting political foes, among which number half the American People.

The lower ranks of the justice system have been weaponized against any in defiance of his "rule".

Were the GOP not such COWARDS, they would impeach him, and at least go down in history as defying this abomination of government, but they have not. They are enabling them all by their silence.

May Almighty God smite those who are destroying this Republic.

I'm definitely more angry at Biden for trampling the Constitution, but I have a fair bit of ire for people who don't know the difference between the rule of law and democracy.

Neither Biden defying the Supreme Court, nor Netanyahu's judicial reforms in Israel, nor the previous Polish government's judicial reforms, nor even court-packing should anyone ever tries it here, are "assaults on democracy".  All of them are attacks on the rule of law, and arguably all of them, even Biden defying the Supreme Court to keep a campaign promise, are increasing democracy at the expense of the rule of law.

The rule of law and limited government are infinitely more precious than popular sovereignty or "democracy", though some democratic elements in a constitution seem to be needed to have any hope of preserving them.
And when they behead your own people in the wars which are to come, then you will know what this was all about.

When sufficient contortions are made in the 'rule of law' to weaponize it and target specific individuals, it is no longer law, but a weapon. We see this on a daily basis, with Trump, with Smirnov, and with others. While egregious violators of other laws, arguably far more a threat to the populace--or even the rule of law itself than those pursued, when one group is attacked on a political basis and the verdict is more concerned with politics than guilt or innocence (four policemen in Minneapolis), we effectively have a politically driven series of show trials, not the rule of law.

The rule of law died in the streets of Minnesota, or Missouri, or Maryland, years ago, the necrosis has just reached the highest levels.

He has gone rogue just as Obama did; this administration is just a continuation of further developing the deep state, a push for socialism and globalization.  If the DEMS retain power, it will continue on. No one is stopping them now, nor did anyone stop the blatant overreach of Obama.
