He is my Rep and I liked him - up until he voted the wrong way on Myorkas. I’m mystified.

I guess the blowback this weekend was too much for him.  Not sure what he expected.  Completely misread his constituency.  Oh well.

I just checked his social media accounts, and the comments are brutal.  Not sure if he is resigning because of the blowback, that he knew he was going to quit and felt free to vote the way he did, or else, lost the support of a major patron or donor because of that vote.  Something clearly happened, and it also appears that he lied to a couple of local GOP committees in his district.  His vote and stubbornness on the floor, when it counted most, is baffling.
