HERE'S WHAT WE KNOW

Sometime prior to 7pm, a man named Justin Mohn, posts a disturbing video on Youtube CLAIMING to have beheaded his father.  He then holds up what looks like a male head.

Around 7pm today, police received a call for a "death investigation" of an "expired body", upon arrival, police confirmed that a beheade body was found, but the mans head was not on location

8:15pm a state-wide BOLO is broadcasted over police radio for a "Justin Mohn" driving a Toyota, white male, in his 30's, possibly armed with a handgun

Just before 10pm, police arrest the suspect in Fort Indiantown Gap, PA, Lebanon County, a training facility for the PA National Guard. The suspect was not a member of the guard

10:15PM Middletown Township Police Chief Bartorilla confirmed the suspect in the death was arrested just after 9 p.m Tuesday. Law enforcement sources said the deceased was a man in his 60s. He was found beheaded.
