From the article:
"The U.S. Supreme Court has agreed to hear an appeal from Donald Trump on the Colorado Supreme Court decision to remove him from the primary ballot for 2024. The Court will hear arguments on February 8, 2024."
In order to put the kibosh on this, the High Court will need to issue a broad, almost "sweeping" opinion -- one that will "put out" subsequent challenges before they start -- something which the justices are usually loathe to do. They prefer to keep decisions as "narrow" as possible.
So... in view of that, we might expect to see one challenge after another (each based on "new grounds"), in one state and then the next, and the next, right up towards Election Day.
And as a result of THAT, I'll predict that there will be at least one state in which Mr. Trump's name will not appear on the ballot, even though he's the candidate.
I'll happily be proven wrong on this prediction...
