I'm a little uncomfortable with allies treating an American citizen like this ..... and even more uncomfortable with the US government allowing it, even if the citizen is wholly unlikeable.  There was a time not to long ago when other nations imprisoned Americans to escalate tensions --- and at their peril.  Now a country so dependent on us can do it at will with impunity.

I guess another American protocol bites the dust. --- Sad, but unsurprising.

You make very valid points.

I just can't tolerate a traitor who does his best to try to destroy America,and then wants to run and hide "behind her skirts" when he gets caught.

If America gets him free and  he is returned to the US,he SHOULD be put on trial for treason and imprisoned if found guilty. Unfortunately,we have the DNC in charge now,and likely to remain in charge thanks to all the "Ah HATES rich,rude,orange guy!" Dims and their RINO butt-buddies,it's more likely he gets a Presidential Freedom Medal,if that is what they call it, from Slow Joe,ands end up wealthy from personal appearance tours.

Uhhhh,WE are supposed to be Ukraine's ally in their fight against Communist domination. THEY are the ones doing the fighting  and the dying (either that or become slaves again) and all WE are doing in providing them with  some of the tools they need to do that.

The SOB should be put in a federal prison for treason when/if he is returned to the  US,but instead will be made out  to be some sort of hero by the "Better Red than Dead" crowd,the DNC,and what passes for the RNC these days.

Looks like her face has been lifted so high that she might not be able to close her eyes. She also seems to have lost a lot of weight.

If this is a recent photo,you can now count me amongst the people who think she is going to be the DNC nominee when Slow Joe steps down.

The 'murikan left and their RINO allies are desperate to keep "Rude Orange Rich Man" out of the WH,and with Bubba out on the campaign trail laying on the charm and pulling in votes for her,she just might be able to pull it off.

I don't see anyone else in the potential DNC lineup that even has a faint shot at it,do any of you?

I take a dim view of so-called "Allies" who execute American Citizens.  Even the traitors, who should be returned and punished by the US.  The problem is we never try traitors anymore.

I am guessing it is going to take a seriously big dump truck to deliver all the cash the "enviro industry" will be delivering to political offices in Spain to get this stopped before it becomes a trend.
