Not wine. Not wine in any sense.
Those are called 'fortified'. Which means they are simply a mixed drink with juice, a splash of wine, and loaded with lots of low-grade ethanol.
I thought that was just "Mad Dog" (MD 20/20)
We drank a lot of Taylor Lake Country Red, which tasted a lot like a batch of wine one of the chemistry students made out of Welch's Grape Juice. Some Gallo Hearty Burgundy, and when we were slumming TJ Swann (which tasted like juicy fruit gum). Boone's Farm always gave me a headache if it wasn't allowed to 'breathe' for a half hour or so.
I did have a case of Mouton Cadet ('79), but my 2nd ex claimed she poured it out.
No matter, it's been 35 years since I had any alcohol, and I don't miss it.
