Many of you are probably wondering why the DUmmie FUnnies has recently begun featuring videos of MSNBC legal analyst Glenn Kirschner? Well, it is because of all the TDS media talking heads, Kirschner shows the most comedic potential for 2024. As it is, he is already on the verge of bouncing off the walls nuts over just thinking about President Donald Trump. Just a brief review of his videos clearly demonstrates that Orange Man Bad haunts his every thought 24/7. His own personal Randall Flagg.

Right now Kirschner is desperately grasping at two life rafts to keep from drowning under the mental abyss; keeping Trump off the state ballots and a courtroom J6 conviction BEFORE the election. As for the former, Kirschner is so hilariously desperate that he is actually pinning his hopes on Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch. I don't want to ruin the comedy surprise but as you can see in the video, poor Glenn is really grasping straws if he is depending on Gorsuch to keep Trump off the state election ballots.

I tell ya....

When PMSNBC analyst start giving us lectures on sanity, you know the concepts of irony are being pushed to statospheric levels.

I am guessing the  Babylon Bee will have early dibs on this one.
I display the Confederate Battle Flag in honor of my great great great grandfathers who spilled blood at Wilson's Creek and Shiloh.  5 others served in the WBTS with honor too.

Four things here.  First off, Hassan v. Colorado is an Article II case, not an Amendment XIV case.  Secondly, this case made it first to a federal magistrate and then was appealed to a federal appellate court.  Contrast that to the Colorado case that bypassed the federal courts altogether.  Thirdly, no oral argument was presented in this ruling.  And lastly, the ruling is not the invention of Neil Gorsuch, but is based on precedent set in Munro v. Socialist Workers Party (1986) and Bullock v. Carter (1972).  Kirschner is an idiot, and a dishonest one at that.

If a political party does not have its foundation in the determination to advance a cause that is right and that is moral, then it is not a political party; it is merely a conspiracy to seize power.

-Dwight Eisenhower-

"The [U.S.] Constitution is a limitation on the government, not on private individuals ... it does not prescribe the conduct of private individuals, only the conduct of the government ... it is not a charter for government power, but a charter of the citizen's protection against the government."

Bullock v. Carter, 405 U.S. 134 (1972)

This is one of the two cases cited by the Gorsuch appellate court in Hassan v. Colorado.  In Bullock, plaintiff seeking office sued the State of Texas because of a financial burden the State placed on a candidates to get their names on a Democrat Party primary ballot.  In the outcome, SCOTUS sided with the plaintiff.  Their ruling blocked the State's power to disqualify a candidate on a Party primary ballot.  This case actually goes against what Kirschner is arguing.  Maybe he should have bothered to read the case first before opening his mouth and leaving no doubt as to how much of a fool he really is.
