I’m not real keen on these all carnivore diets. People who defend them point out that that’s what our ancestors ate. But your ancestors died at 30.
Need vegetables, fruit, and nuts for fiber and vitamins.An all meat, all the time, every meal, is a crime against your colon.
No credible healthcare professional would ever recommend an all meat diet. But I do agree with the cutting down your carbs.
