Georgia Prosecutors Warn of Prison Sentences for Trump, Top Allies

Bradley Jaye 8 Dec 2023

Fulton County district attorney Fani Willis and her team of prosecutors want prison sentences for Donald Trump and his top allies, previously unreported emails reveal.

The emails, first reported by the Guardian, reveal deepening hostilities between prosecutors and defendants in the monumental Georgia criminal case against Trump and his top allies.

“We have a long road ahead,” Willis wrote in a previously unreported email last month to Trump’s attorneys. “Long after these folks are in jail, we will still be practicing law.”

I just don't see how Trump is going to escape doing any time; the odds are certainly against him.  That is why I believe he's never going to be the nominee.

If anyone see a path forward for Trump, please tell me how.

Romans 12:16-21

Live in harmony with one another; do not be haughty, but associate with the lowly, do not claim to be wiser than you are.  Do not repay anyone evil for evil, but take thought for what is noble in the sight of all.  If it is possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all…do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

These joints are rigged with the foregone intention of burying him. And they will get it done. He will be convicted. There will be a perp-walk... incidental jail time..

And then appeal. That's how. He'll skate eventually.

You're not practicing law now.
If a political party does not have its foundation in the determination to advance a cause that is right and that is moral, then it is not a political party; it is merely a conspiracy to seize power.

-Dwight Eisenhower-

"The [U.S.] Constitution is a limitation on the government, not on private individuals ... it does not prescribe the conduct of private individuals, only the conduct of the government ... it is not a charter for government power, but a charter of the citizen's protection against the government."

-Ayn Rand-
