Turkey wings can be quite tough if you don't take steps to soften the meat. In this video I show how easy it is to tenderize turkey wings via dry brining and air frying. Take those steps and add the right spices and the result is INCREDIBLE air fried Cajun turkey wings.Recipe for 2 wings (4 wing sections):Brining: One tablespoon Kosher salt and one teaspoon brown sugar.Marinade: 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon sea salt, 1/2 teaspoon crush peppercorns, 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning, 1 tablespoon Smoked Paprika, 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
