Here are the 10 lawmakers who voted against the resolution:

Rep. Jamaal Bowman of New York
Rep. Cori Bush of Missouri
Rep. Andre Carson of Indiana
Rep. Al Green of Texas
Rep. Summer Lee of Pennsylvania
Rep. Thomas Massie of Kentucky
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York
Rep. Ilhan Omar of Minnesota
Rep. Delia Ramirez of Illinois
Rep. Rashida Tlaib of Michigan
And here are the 6 lawmakers who voted "present:"

Rep. Greg Casar of Texas
Rep. Joaquin Castro of Texas
Rep. Chuy Garcia of Illinois
Rep. Pramila Jayapal of Washington
Rep. Ayanna Pressley of Massachusetts
Rep. Nydia Velázquez of New York

The House of Representatives on Wednesday passed a resolution in support of Israel by an overwhelmingly 412-10-6 margin following the October 7 attack by Hamas.

Over a dozen progressive Democrats — and one Republican — voted "nay" or "present."

It was the first legislative action that the House took after electing Rep. Mike Johnson of Louisiana as the next speaker of the House, ending the lower chamber's 3 weeks of deadlock.

The bipartisan resolution, drafted by Republican Rep. Michael McCaul of Texas and Democratic Rep. Greg Meeks of New York, is a largely symbolic gesture.

The resolution states that the House "stands with Israel as it defends itself against the barbaric war launched by Hamas and other terrorists" and "reaffirms the United States' commitment to Israel's security."

Dozens of lawmakers voted against a resolution on Thursday to condemn on-campus support for terrorist organizations.

The resolution, introduced on Oct. 19 by Republican Utah Rep. Burgess Owens, was to condemn terrorist groups like Hezbollah and Hamas “at institutions of higher education, which could “lead to the creation of a hostile environment for Jewish students, faculty, and staff,” according to the resolution. The House passed the resolution 396-23, with 14 members not voting.

“It’s truly shameful that 20 members of the party that champions diversity, equity, and inclusion can’t muster the courage to condemn the rampant and abhorrent surge of antisemitism on American college campuses,” Owens told the Daily Caller News Foundation. “Jewish students are living in fear, facing harassment, violent threats, and physical assault from their classmates who have glorified terrorism and echoed Hamas’ calls for genocide. There’s a moral crisis at the core of our higher education system that requires us all to condemn all acts of antisemitism, hate, and terror firmly and unequivocally.”

Democratic Oregon Rep. Earl Blumenauer, New York Rep. Jamaal Bowman, Missouri Rep. Cori Bush, Indiana Rep. Andre Carson, Florida Rep. Maxwell Frost, Illinois Rep. Jesus Garcia, California Rep. Jared Huffman, Illinois Rep. Jonathan Jackson and Washington Rep. Pramila Jayapal were among the lawmakers who voted against the bill, according to the Office of the Clerk webpage.

Democratic Pennsylvania Rep. Summer Lee, Massachusetts Rep. James McGovern, New York Rep. Alexandria-Ocasio Cortez, Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar, Massachusetts Rep. Ayanna Pressley, Illinois Rep. Delia Ramirez, California Rep. Mark Takano, Michigan Rep. Rashida Tlaib, Illinois Rep. Lauren Underwood, New York Rep. Nydia Velazquez, California Rep. Maxine Waters, New Jersey Rep. Bonnie Watson Coleman also voted against the bill.

No one loves terrorists more than the lovely Ilhan Omar (her congressional oath to the U.S. and its Constitution notwithstanding). Sounds kind of treasony.

Ilhan Omar tells a crowd of Somalians that her top priority is to put Somalia first and expand its territory. "The US government will do what we want, nothing else. They must follow our orders. That is how we safeguard the interest of Somalia."

U.S. Rep. Summer Lee, D-Swissvale, has canceled a speech at an upcoming event with a statewide Muslim advocacy group amid mounting criticism over her participation.

Lee, a freshman House member and progressive, was scheduled to speak this weekend at the Council on American-Islamic Relations’ statewide annual banquet in Philadelphia.

The speaker list had drawn criticism first from Lee’s political opponents and then from Jewish lawmakers like state Rep. Dan Frankel, D-Squirrel Hill, and Gov. Josh Shapiro.

Critics condemned other speakers scheduled for the event, including the council’s executive director, Nihad Awad, for statements surrounding the Israel/Hamas war, and Islamic scholar Yasir Fahmy for controversial stances on LGBTQ+ issues.  ...
Commies sure do love those Islamic terrorists.

Congresswoman Summer Lee isn’t only failing to represent Pittsburgh’s Jewish community — she’s sowing the seeds of antisemitic hate.
This is dangerous. It’s time for Bob Casey to rescind his endorsement of her. You can’t fight antisemitism and support Summer Lee.
