Bianca Gracia’s campaign takes aim at Briscoe Cain’s role as an impeachment manager in the Paxton trial and support for House Speaker Dade Phelan.The president of Latinos for Trump is challenging Deer Park Republican State Rep. Briscoe Cain for the seat he currently holds in the Texas House.
Bianca Gracia, who announced her candidacy Monday, referred to Cain as an “establishment crony” and an “establishment backed RINO lackey.”
According to Gracia, Cain has “neglected his constituents in his district,” “misled” his constituents on several occasions, and been “absent from representing the local cities and their leaders.”
Her announcement also points out Cain’s “dubious decisions,” including voting in favor of Democrat committee chairs and “fraternizing with political figures like Dade Phelan, known for their soft stances and compromises with left-leaning agendas.”
Gracia then provided a list of what she would seek to achieve if elected to replace Cain:
• Stand Unyieldingly on Border Security.
• Stand firm against Human and Child Trafficking.
• Champion Absolute Parental Rights.
• Demand Authentic Conservative Governance.
• Bring resources into the district that will help our local municipalities with infrastructure, job creation, drainage issues, and economic development.
