Looks like an insurrection to me.

Old enough to remember when organized, planned assaults on police on federal grounds were referred to as a seditious conspiracy & insurrection, subject to 22 years in prison.

Well, it's only about 30 people.

But yes, they should be prosecuted, and persecuted!

Anyway, it's not a "big" event so I can see not much mention, but even if it was 200 they'd probably stash it away as a non-story.
