A nonprofit started by Victoria’s Secret founder Leslie Wexner is the latest to cut ties with Harvard — saying it was “sickened” with the Ivy League school’s “dismal failure” to condemn the mass slaughter of Israelis by Hamas terrorists.

The Wexner Foundation wrote to Harvard’s board Monday to “formally ending its financial support” after the school also failed to condemn a statement by more than 30 student groups that held Israel “entirely responsible” for the violence.

“We are stunned and sickened by the dismal failure of Harvard’s leadership to take a clear and unequivocal stance against the barbaric murders of innocent Israeli civilians,” wrote the leadership of the nonprofit started by Wexner and his wife Abigail.

It left Israeli students feeling “abandoned” at the school — especially when 34 student groups quickly issued a statement “holding Israel entirely responsible for the violent terror attack on its own citizens,” stated the letter shared by StopAntisemitism.

While I'm delighted to see many wealthy individuals starting to question their philanthropy toward universities, it is rather frustrating that it has taken this long for people to wake up.  The parasitic ideas that have allowed the current realities to unfold have been festering on university campuses for many decades.

How did nearly every major college campus turn into the Third Reich overnight, with large gatherings of belligerent rally-goers chanting genocidal slogans against Jews? It didn’t happen overnight. Over a generation, we’ve imported the Muslim world to our college campuses. Not surprisingly, we also imported some of the slogans, chants, and values undergirding it.

Is this what we really need for our civilization?

The ubiquitous pro-Hamas rallies we’ve seen on nearly every major college campus over the past week are not the typical “end the occupation” rallies. They began these celebrations immediately after the Hamas slaughter in southern Israel on October 7 and before Israel even announced its intention to attack Gaza. Whether it’s the chants of “intifada” or “from the river to the sea,” there are thousands upon thousands of college students belligerently repeating genocidal slogans and essentially making universities unhospitable to Jews (or any sane person).  ...
