This is a serious concern. We won WWII in Europe partly because though German tanks were far superior in many ways, we built so many Shermans that we could just swarm them like flies.

If their capacity is truly that, we run the risk of that happening in reverse.

It's easier and cheaper  to sink them  than it  is to build and man them.
