I think that’s just her blundering through speaking and spilling out too many thoughts.

Cut out the phrase there, and you just have “as a teen living in NY, I despised Trump.”  Because he was a rich white guy and because of course, rich white guys hate anyone not them.

She SHOULD have watched Apprentice.  She’d find out how many liberal wackos Donald liked and was friends with.
