 Troopers recovered 2 unaccompanied children/siblings, ages 4 & 7, from Chiapas, MX who were left abandoned near the Rio Grande in #EaglePass. DPS Special Agents found a note on the children w/ an Alabama address. The children were referred to #USBP. In the last 24 hrs, Troopers have recovered 4 unaccompanied children in Eagle Pass.

Since the implementation of #OperationLoneStar, DPS Troopers have rescued over 900 children from human smuggling/trafficking/abandonment events.

 Troopers recovered two unaccompanied children/siblings from Honduras, ages 4 & 12, who were left abandoned by criminal smugglers along the Rio Grande in #EaglePass. DPS Special Agents spoke to the children, who stated they have family in San Francisco. #OperationLoneStar
