This documentary is about Automobile manufacturers from the end of the 19th century to the beginning of the 20th century who fell victim to the recession of the 1920's following the end of WWI and were unable to survive the Great Depression and the results of the economic downturn of the 1930's.  Companies like Auburn, Cord, Duesenberg, Kissel, Essex, Peerless, Pierce Arrow, Durant, Stanley, Oakland, Lexington, Dort, and Franklin, just to name a few.
