Is this legal circus over? I thought it would, but I could stand corrected. Never underestimate the Democrats when they wield institutional power like this—ever.

I am not surprised.  Both the Governor and AG of Arizona are bitter, incompetent politicians that cheated their way into office last year.  And former Republican Governor Ducey stood against Republican efforts to straighten out our elections by vetoing everything the Legislature passed.  Ducey's Republican AG sat on all the 2020 evidence.

This is a "bipartisan" thing in AZ.

The legal circus is far from over.  It won't be over until either they put Trump behind bars or he makes a plea deal promising to not run for president.  Just my opinion.
I Believe in the United States of America as a Government of the people, by the people, for the people; whose just powers are derived from the consent of the governed; a democracy in a republic; a sovereign nation of many sovereign states; a perfect union one and inseparable; established upon those principles of freedom, equality, justice and humanity for which American patriots sacrificed their lives and fortunes.  I therefore believe it is my duty to my country to love it; to support its Constitution; to obey its laws to respect its flag; and to defend it against all enemies.
