THE BIDENS’ CARTEL CONNECTIONS: PART FOUR

JOE’S EVIL “ALLIANCE FOR PROSPERITY” — GEN. JOHN KELLY HELPED

Despite a documented and ongoing secret Drug Enforcement Administration investigation into the cartel connections of Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernández, Joe Biden, starting in 2014, established the Alliance for Prosperity, which sent hundreds of millions of U.S. assistance dollars to Hernández, whom he knew was the corrupt leader of a narco-state of just over nine million people.

In other words, Joe Biden, through this boondoggle, self-promotional “alliance” lined the pockets of murderous drug dealers and human traffickers throughout the Northern Triangle — Honduras , Guatemala, and El Salvador — from 2014 to 2016 for what American taxpayers were told was “combating corruption and upholding the rule of law.”

Given the disastrous policies now enacted along our Southern Border, does any reasonable American believe that $1.5 billion for the Alliance for Prosperity ($500 million to Orlando Hernández in Honduras) was used as intended?

I know I don’t.

Assisting Joe in his nefarious efforts to “reduce transnational crime” was none other than General John F. Kelly, then-commander of Southern Command, who himself was closely associated with Orlando Hernández.

Kelly, as you’ll recall, was instrumental in instituting President Donald Trump’s immigration reforms, first as the Secretary of Homeland Security, and then as his chief of staff from July 2017 to December 2018 (officially January 2019.)

Orlando Hernández was supposedly a key ally of Kelly’s reforms right up until the weeks before 2018 midterm elections when caravans of “refugees” organized out of Honduras began a timely march to the U.S. Southern Border.

Democrats made Trump’s anti-immigration stance a hot button issue as they reclaimed control of the House of Representatives.

Following the election, Trump’s DEA arrested Orlando Hernández’s cartel-connected brother Tony Hernández in Miami in late November 2018. Kelly was on his way out of Trump’s White House a month later.
