The proper response to a CPS worker on the doorstep making demands is, "Show me your warrant." CPS workers have tried to claim the 4th Amendment doesn't apply to them, but the courts in Calabretta v. Floyd disagreed.

Agreed!  Most people don't realize the CPS Agents use Gestapo-like tactics to violate their rights until the Agent is on the porch....

As homeschoolers, the Calabretta family were probably aware of this even before the DSS worker used Woodland PD officers to force entry. I don't know them, but I know they later moved to Sacramento County. I wonder if they did this to avoid retaliation from Yolo County social workers or WPD. Bullies don't like their snouts getting rapped.
